The hotel is newly renovated. The breakfasts are particularly nice with fresh food. Rooms are spotless and well-maintained, equipped with climate control, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Great location very close to the freeway.

The hotel is impeccably clean, nestled in the very nice clean building with well-trained and knowledgeablestaff. The property has a good bar. I would like to go back there again in this gorgeous hotel.

The location was great for us, being close to a water park and Cleveland, which was convenient with our two young kids. Additionally, it was nice to be near Kelley's Island for more exploring opportunities.

Lastly, the basic amenities were well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds and a small yet functional bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying and a great start to the day.

My family and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Westlake for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the entire hotel had a fresh and pleasant smell. The highlight of our stay was the amazing pool, which my daughter absolutely loved. Not to mention, the prompt and efficient service provided by Elvis, the friendly maintenance guy, when we had an issue with the air conditioning unit. The location of the hotel was perfect for us - quiet yet with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the patio, surrounded by the peaceful ambiance. The breakfast itself was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and the friendly staff made our dining experience even better. Additionally, the well-maintained indoor pool area was great for people of all ages. we had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express and highly recommend it for its cleanliness, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast, and enjoyable amenities.
